Please join us for a webinar on the Covid-19 vaccine with Dr. Audrey Arona, CEO/District Health Director of the Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale County Health Departments. After many hard months, hope is now on the horizon in the fight against the Coronavirus. Several vaccines have been created and approved, much faster than previously thought possible. Domestic violence advocates put themselves on the frontlines to continue to serve survivors even during a pandemic, and the vaccine is an important and necessary tool to help keep everyone healthy and safe. However, there are fears and misconceptions about the vaccine, and some people are hesitant to receive it. We are grateful to Dr. Arona for taking the time to share information, answer questions and offer clarification on the myths and misconceptions about the vaccine.
