Understanding the unique staffing and supervision needs of therapists, or how to identify approprite community menthal health resources can be challenging for leaders in domestic violence agencies. Ashley Harris is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She currently serves as Vice President of Therapeutic Services for PADV and has nearly 15 years of clinical experience. She has worked in various roles ranging from crisis line advocate to therapist with Partnership Against Domestic Violence since 2013. She speaks within various settings and several platforms regarding Intimate Partner Violence. As a recently trained EMDR therapist, she incorporates both trauma informed and holistic practices into her counseling approach. Clinical supervision and educating future therapists is a role she finds most fulfilling.
