On September 21, advocates and domestic violence providers in Georgia are invited to an advanced discussion of complex confidentiality issues such as client grievances, abuse reporting when children witness DV, and community partnerships with law enforcement and other officials. The discussion will be led by Alicia Aiken, Attorney and Director of Danu Center’s Confidentiality Institute. One week later, on September 28, Alicia Aiken will also lead a Q&A session to answer questions for Georgia providers about survivor privacy, VAWA confidentiality, and advocate privilege.
